“Dressage training strengthens the horses, helps them become much stronger with supplying and stretching exercises improving their bodies. The horse’s gaits, flexibility, relaxation, and focus were all becoming better and better with each lesson. My riders were also becoming stronger; they were learning how their position influenced their horse’s way of going. I found them learning a whole new body awareness, using their aids independent from each other, and building core strength within their own bodies. It was very exciting for me!”
